CFO & Founder

Adam Janas is a specialist in renewable energy with a focus on financing, fundraising and M&A at project and portfolio level.
He holds a degree in economics and is a trained banker with more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, restructuring, M&A and senior finance management. Adam Janas has held CFO and managing director positions in renewable energy companies and has advised on approximately 50 financing, transaction and management mandates with an aggregate volume exceeding €1bn.
